How Do I Meet People?
Galilean Baptist Church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at Galilean Baptist Church.
Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, Galilean Baptist Church wants to hold small groups where individuals can learn and grow in God’s Word and in their spiritual lives. The size of the group would range anywhere from six to twelve. At a time, designated by your group, you can participate in the small group study.
Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction. The youth ministry of Galilean Baptist Church is recognized for their close interaction.
Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. At this time, Galilean does not have a youth adult class, but as we grow we desire to offer one that will provide a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.
Galilean’s women’s group has given the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. The group is a time of Bible study, personal interaction, and prayer.
Topical Bible Fellowship Classes
Each quarter Galilean offers a range of classes that study different topics/subjects from the Bible. Our teachers are dedicated to showing what God’s Word has to say about things such as how to study the Bible, the book of Acts, Signs and Wonders versus Spiritual Gifts, and so on.
